Our state line hats are made of 100% nylon. These hats are considered our most durable and lightweight. If you’ve never owned a nylon hat, you need one. they are incredible for outdoor activities, especially those near water, because they’re waterproof! these hats are unstructured with a mesh lining on the inside, which provides slight structure, but not much. These hats fit low to the head, and do not have an “a” frame in front. 

Being an unstructured hat means the front panel of the hat does not have anything keeping it’s support, which makes them super flexible and comfort fitting. the state line hats don’t have an “a” frame front, so they sit very low to the head and make for great workout hats!

Absolutely! Don’t be afraid to give your brim a cleaning, our recommended method is throwing it in the dishwasher on the top rack. nylon is super easy to wash, no matter the stain!

Low profile means the crown has a low peak height. In other words, the front peak of the hat doesn’t stick up as high. in this case, the state line hats don’t really have a peak, if anything it sits very low. Great for people who find hats too tall or don’t like super tall and pointy crowns. this is still considered a 5-panel hat however ;)
